Contest entry for and 's combination contest!

I chose to draw Cricket and Moraine together! 

Besides just altering the proportions to reflect their age, I also wanted to change their looks a little more, so I took some liberties with their coloring. 

Cricket:

So not only does Cricket not have her accessories here, but I changed a few elements of her coloration as well. I kept the browns just to make her look somewhat like her present self, but I also added some splashes of brighter colors, as this was before Cricket started having depressive episodes. I imagine that young RainWings often have odd coloration before they figure out what colors go together, etc. 

Moraine:

With Moraine, not only did I shorten their horns to reflect their immaturity, but I also diluted their colors a little. Their darks aren't as dark, and their white sections are a pale blue-gray. I figured their colors might have become more vibrant as they matured.
